Following these rules will make your experience more enjoyable while Walking, Running, or Biking the Greenway.
Greenway Rules
- No smoking, littering, or alcohol drinks allowed
- No motorized vehicles or horseback riding allowed
- No camping allowed
- All pets must be on a leash/clean up after your pet
- Observe the 10 M.P.H. speed limit
- Helmets must be worn by cyclist & skaters
Safety Rules
- Trail is open:
March thru October – 6:00 am to 9:30 pm
November thru February – 6:00 am to 7:00 pm - Stay on the trail surface
- Stop, look & yield to traffic at crossings
- Recommend using the buddy system when using the trail system
- Keep right and pass on the left
Etiquette Rules
- Be courteous & respectful of others
- Respect the privacy of adjacent landowners
- Travel in a consistent & predictable manner (Yes, they have a spelling error on their signs)
- Give audible signal when you pass on left
- Clean up your litter and pet waste
